Europe Regional Championship Tracking - Metagame, Popularity, Win & Conversion Rates - Riftbound TCG

The first regional championship in Riftbound history kicked off early on Friday, November 6th.
In this article, you will find all the relevant information about that tournament as we get them.

The first news we got is the metagame for the event. To no one's surprise, Riven, Kai'sa and Kennen are first, second, and third in the popularity ranking, with a big gap compared to the other legends. Riven's 43.3% is the big talking point here, as The Exile represents close to half the entire field in Stuttgart.
The deck lists were due on Wednesday, November 4th, limiting the impact of all the tournaments played this weekend. For example, Jayce who did very well recently only gained the trust of five players. One would expect to see more of the Defender of Tomorrow after a couple of top 8s in the large Riftbound Showdown Series $25k tournament. Yet, switching to a new deck in a couple of days is pretty much impossible in Riftbound.
Combine with the Overnumbered Foil Plated Legends being awarded based on overall tournament performance, it is no surprise to see Riven completely dominate the playing field.
